Terms & Condition

• On receipt of registration and payment, delegates will be sent a booking confirmation via email confirming their registration to attend the Course.
• By completing this form & submitting it by email to CTV Ltd, you indicate your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions including the cancellation fees that will be applicable.
• Cancellations/Refunds: Replacement of a delegate by another individual will be accepted at no extra charge provided a written request is sent to the course Producer at CTV Ltd 2 weeks prior to the course start.

REFUND:

• All refunds will be in the following 3 months starting by the end of training course.
• Non-Attendance without Notification to the course Producer will not qualify as an automatic cancellation and will incur 100% charges.
• In case of visa refused a 10% deduction for administrative fees.

CANCELLATION
By CTV

• CTV may cancel any course at any time but will endeavour to provide the Client with at least 7 days notice of cancellation.
• Any fees paid will be refunded in full to the Client. The extent of liability for cancellation of courses is specifically limited to any course fee paid.

By the Client

• All cancellations must be notified to CTV.
• Where the Client cancels a booking giving less than 14 clear days notice before the notified course commencement date then the Client shall be liable for the whole course fee.
• Where the Client cancels the booking giving more than 14 clear days notice before the notified course commencement date then the Client shall be entitled to receive a refund of 80% of the fees paid.
• Where the Client changes the date of an open program booking giving less than 14 clear days notice of the course commencement date then the Client shall be liable for a £50.00 per person administration fee.

SUBSTITUTION

• A suitably qualified substitute trainer will be allowed at any time prior to the scheduled commencement of the course, CTV being the sole determiner of such suitability.

MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT

• CTV will not be liable for loss of or damage to any materials or equipment brought onto the premises by a delegate.

DELEGATES’ LIABILITY

• The Client accepts responsibility in full for the conduct of its delegates whilst on CTV premises and undertakes to indemnify CTV against material damage and/or personal injury to CTV, its servants, agents or property as a result of actions or defaults of its delegates whilst attending the course.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

• Other than liability in respect of death or personal injury, the extent of CTV liability for any failure to meet its obligation shall be limited to the amount of the course fee only.

INTERPRETATION

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• This agreement is subject to the special conditions (if any) contained in the Schedule hereto. In the event of inconsistency between such special conditions and the other terms of agreement such special conditions will prevail.

FORCE MAJEURE

• CTV shall not be liable to refund of fees or for any other penalty should courses be cancelled due to war, fire, strike, lock-out, industrial action, tempest, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
